Head of DOGE for Reform UK Zia Yusuf has spent a good portion of today attacking the Tories, specifically Robert Jenrick and Suella Braverman.
Today news broke that the UK has been secretly relocating thousands of Afghans due to a significant Ministry of Defence (MoD) data breach in February 2022, which exposed the personal information of tens of thousands of Afghans who had applied for relocation under schemes like the Afghan Relocations and Assistance Policy (ARAP).
The operation, costing £400 million to £850 million (with estimates suggesting up to £7 billion for broader resettlement), was kept secret through a super-injunction obtained in September 2023, which barred media from reporting the breach or even the injunction’s existence.
Zia Yusuf posted to X:
The British government learnt of the data leak in August 2023.
24k Afghans secretly granted asylum, costing British taxpayers up to £7 billion.
The government covered it up.
Who was in government?
Home Secretary: Suella Braverman
Immigration Minister: Robert Jenrick
Some 12 minutes later Zia Yusuf followed up with:
Jenrick was Immigration Minister when the government learnt of the worst data breach in British history.
He was Immigration Minister when the government got a super injunction - the worst cover up in recent history.
24k Afghans get asylum, costing £7 billion.
Unforgivable.
Thirteen minutes later Zia Yusuf continued posting:
How many videos about fare dodgers does it take to atone for engaging in the worst political cover up and betrayal of British people in recent history?
Eleven minutes later Zia Yusuf was back on the keyboard:
When the Tories were booted out of office the public didn’t even know of their worst crime.
That two of their “good ones” were Home Sec and Immigration Minister when the government got a super injunction is a poetic irony.
RIP the Tory Party.
Thirty-five minutes later Zia Yusuf posted:
The list of former Tory ministers who should defect to Reform is shorter than the list that should probably be in jail.
Zia Yusuf the followed up with a meme:

Zia Yusuf also posted "It really does beg the question of treason" - which seems to be a quote from a Richard Tice MP piece in The Telegraph.
Zia Yusuf posted:
“It really does beg the question of treason.
Keeping MPs and the British public in the dark…with no vetting procedure in place, we are letting in sex offenders, potential terrorists and criminals.
It has been revealed that several Afghans on this list had previously been rejected for violent or sexual assaults.
What country comes at the top of the list for sexual assaults in the United Kingdom? Afghanistan.”
